Another positive climate decision today: D.C. Circuit upholds California's ability to set strong emissions standards for automobiles; rejects efforts by fossil fuel industry and red states to strike down EPA's 'California waiver'. The decision: bit.ly/3PUFAIE

Landmark ruling. For the first time, an international tribunal has ruled that a county’s failure to take adequate action on climate change is a violation of human rights. This decision will resonate in courts around the world.
