ICYMI: SB 366 Passed the Assembly! California is in a race against climate change. SB 366 modernizes the CA State Watar Plan to address the extreme climate impacts of the 21st century. We must plan for tomorrow and ensure that we have sufficient, high-quality water for all.

SB 37, my bill that creates a program to provide housing subsidies for seniors and adults with disabilities, passed the Assembly. This investment can help us reach California’s Master Plan for Aging’s goal to end homelessness for seniors.

SB 632 creates a designated route for Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) riding areas around Red Rock Canyon State Park. My bill links recreation sites in remote, rural areas and provides a unified trail system.

Forcing survivors to disclose details about their intimate life, or to relive traumatic incidents unrelated to the case at hand in order to undermine their credibility is cruel. My bill puts a stop to that & creates an environment for survivors to seek the justice they deserve.
