Great to connect with Governor Bob Ferguson and members of our Seattle legislative delegation in Olympia last week. Grateful for their leadership on our shared priorities as we work to create a safe, healthy, vibrant Seattle and Washington state.

The City of Seattle CARE Department Chief Amy Barden, Ed.D. and other Seattle CARE Dept. colleagues joined NENA and colleagues from APCO-NENA WA State at the "9-1-1 Goes to WA", where 100s of 9-1-1 pros work to address the most pressing 9-1-1 and emergency communications issues.

Today, City of Seattle Seattle CARE Dept. Chief Amy Barden and her team both met with Rep. Adam Smith and accompanied hundreds of fellow 9-1-1 First First Responders from APCO-NENA WA State and NENA at the U.S. Capitol for the "9-1-1 Goes to Washington" convention.
