In last week’s lab meeting, Honours student Laura Carr showed us how she’s analysing microglial distribution in #Parkinsons in exciting new ways. Well done, Laura!

Great lab meeting today, with CANDL members sharing exciting updates and data. We also got to see a presentation of Zein’s PhD proposal, which is going to investigate some really interesting hypotheses about #tau and how it spreads in #Alzheimers. Stay tuned!

Last week, 10 of our HDR students attended the Transcriptomics Workshop by South Australian Genomics Centre (SAGC). With a number of us new to sc-RNA sequencing, it was rewarding to see how we can use those techniques to enhance our own research and analysis. We thank all involved for making this happen🎉
