📣 8,762 unique clients were supported by Live Well Greenwich, delivered by CACT, last year, while 62,730 calls were made to and from the social prescribing call centre. A record committed spend of £6.8m was achieved in 2023-24 as we strive to help our community ❤️ #cafc
