You can’t cheat the Grind: It knows how much you’ve invested, it won’t give you NOTHING you haven’t worked for…players who enjoy the grind have the ability to become great players!! Earn It!!!

You can improve toughness, no one is born with it!! It's a talent/skill that can be acquired through NOT QUITTING!! I think of it like building a callus with many layers to the callus!! Toughness is developed, not inherited. Takes resilience, endurance and NOT quitting attitude!!

What separates you from the competition? You must continually evaluate yourself and your performances. The majority of players are incredibly average or below average because they're doing NOTHING to SEPARATE themselves from the competition! What are you doing to become GREAT?
