1/ Today we started ACM KDD in Barcelona, the top research conference on data mining and AI, that I am co-chairing with Francesco Bonchi. We have three keynotes by Tanya Berger-Wolf, Sanjeev Arora and Xihong Lin, and one panel on Generative AI that I will moderate.

2/ We also have hundreds of research and applied data science papers, plenty of workshops and tutorials, special days (one in Responsible AI that I co-organized with Nataly Buslón, PhD), amazing support from industry sponsors (thanks!), and many exhibitors.
