Do these 4 things to build strength and muscle 🔥 ▪️Eat 10-15g of protein at snacks followed by 25-40g of protein at meals. *aim for 2 snacks and 3-4 meals each day. ▪️Lift weights 4-5X/week and be sure to add in some carbs/creatine/protein post workout to maximize recovery!
