Great to have been able to spectate the Pan American Championships of Pan America! Good job to all the Pan Americans who competed, and special thanks to my wheel people Adam Myerson and Mike Dietrich for representing with the wins and podiums!

On WCX tubies (the model I developed for Amira Mellor in the NEXT Wyman days). Running Vittoria dry’s at pretty high pressure (I thought). Course was fast with high load corners. Anyway, so I wore my NEXT Wyman director’s jersey for good luck and it worked.

Bet you didn’t know Zipp had their own custom spoke nipples…”round top” with no slot. That’s it, just no slot in the head. Can’t understand why that would be necessary, but engineers…

Hey just FYI, if you buy a Stages Cycling power meter crank on a @ShimanoROAD Dura Ace crank and the (quite common) drive side crank splits/cracks, you're hosed. You'll get a lot of finger pointing and nothing else. Bye bye $$$. Pretty disappointing.
