There needs to be a study about how 'poor people' react to proposed taxes on the wealthy. By poor, I mean those who make under $400K/yr and have assets under $10M.

When people say they want to raise taxes on that wealthier group, the loudest defenders are never in that bracket

Moving away from your hometown can significantly benefit your personal growth, BUT you can benefit financially by having family support.

From childcare to housing, even social capital, it can be easier to build generational wealth.

When they say the cost of raising a kid is $240,000 through 18, they are lying.

It is way more.

They are not counting:

-The plates and silverware they throw in the trash

-The extra bag fees/seats when you travel

-How much more time/gas you spend in carpool

Well, rejection #1 is out the way, lol.

1) I am surprised I got a response as quickly as I did.

2) I’m not at all phased. Rejection, mistakes, and failure are all a part of any worthwhile process.

It is a game of numbers, feedback, and improvement.

If someone pays their taxes, pays their loans, and has a portion forgiven, what are y'all even mad about?

What is the point of paying taxes if you won't get some benefit from it?

She is right. This is how it is supposed to be done.

We, as taxpayers, pool our resources to pay for things like this. She got government housing, a job, and 4 degrees. We should invest in people.

The problem is that these benefits suddenly dry up when it comes to Black folk.
