This is a commendable! Art. 60 of the Constitution gives the mandate to conduct elections to The Electoral Commission - Uganda. Specifically S.12 of the EC Act gives EC powers to take measures to ensure the process is conducted freely. Any brutality by Uganda Police Force undermines the integrity of the process.
