If there are any freshman interested in playing lacrosse please email Coach at [email protected] to get your pre-season SNYPR code. The Snypr app has stick skill drills and others that you can do on your own. Challenge yourself to be the first done with all reps!

To all Sophomores, Juniors and any Bedford Youth Lacrosse players, HGR Lacrosse is holding their tryouts for their remaining open spots in the summer. They are also announced that for the class of 2030, players who make the team play for free. Check the flyer below for more info
