An Officer at a Dept. that a few of my best friends work at took their life last night… around my age, and a stellar individual. One of those strong willed, always happy people like myself. I don’t even know how to feel.

A dispatcher from my Ohio agency called me late yesterday. An officer my age who was hired with me in 2019 took her life last night.

We worked well together as rookies, took calls together, backed each other up, and were friends before I moved.

There is help out there. 💔
