Believe it or not, water themed rescue incidents are a common occurrence in Arizona. Please exercise caution!

Earlier today, BFMRD units responded to a significant highway traffic accident involving a semi truck. Multiple agencies assisted with managing the scene which included both patient care, and hazardous materials mitigation.

We hold regular meetings between our Fire Captains and our Fire Chief. Yesterday's turnout was exceptional!

Just before 0100 hours, units from BFMRD, Surprise Fire , and Arizona Fire & Medical Authority responded to a house fire in Festival Ranch. Upon arrival, firefighters found a fire in the attic. The fire was quickly extinguished and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Rainbows don't show up around here often enough. Let alone a double rainbow. Happy Monday, one and all!!!
