The 'basic' elite armor will literally always be be the best versions of the elites with their shark fin helmets. Storm Elites just decided to go for a seashell look instead 🤷‍♂️

As much as I love Reach, giving the hingeheads different armors was kind of a mistake. The Elite look, THE Elite look, is the classic (now "Minor") harness. Recolors should be used for mooks with unique harnesses worn by special characters or factions IMO.
