Mitigating the obnoxiously loud SV08 fan:

1. Cut out the existing fan grille, add one that sits further from the blades. Reduces noise, improves airflow.

2. Use buck converter to drop voltage to fan. Adjust so airflow matches original. Further noise reduction, airflow normal.
