Great 2k steeplechase race today! Ran a time of 6:16 at the Kickoff to the Season Meet, NC Sophomore #2 all time NC All classes #15 all time Looking forward to the rest of the season!

Had a great time New Balance indoor nationals, and coming home with a new PR in the 2 mile (9:22), which coverts to a 9:18 3200. Came through the 1 mile mark with a 4:37, and hung on from there. Next meet: Mt. Tabor Mile, 3/21, running in the championship heat.

Had a great race this past weekend, running 9:11.36 in the 3200, and splitting a 4:35 and 4:36! Came in 3rd overall, and had some great guys to run against. Thank you to the Tennessee Track & Field/XC for a great meet. Next up: 4/6 at Carolina Distance Carnival, running the mile.
