Not a bad first day!

Training Log: Week 2, Block 2 (Highlights) Training was a mixture of hard and easy this week! With running around with all my sessions, there comes fatigue, but I am also motivated by the amazing athletes that I work with to continue working on myself!

What an amazing thing it is to wake up every morning! You don't have any real problems, but you do have work to get done. Stop looking to complain and get to work!

Don’t complain, create!

By persevering and maintaining focus on your goals, you increase the likelihood of achieving them, whereas quitting guarantees that the goal will remain unattained.

Do not allow the fear of ending up alone to hinder your progress towards the finish line. Those who claim that you have changed or that there is more to life than this are the very individuals who have abandoned their own aspirations. It’s natural to evolve, so keep working!
