⭐️ Derby Rd URMSTON Here we dug out a sub floor area and created a utility room. We always try to maximise all the space we can. As always completed with a structural engineer and Building control.

Another sub floor dig out on Victoria Rd Whalley Range. A whole new room has been created.

Another job completed last year. Hazelwood Rd Woods Moor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This basement in Heaton Moor had been previously converted to a poor standard. When we stripped it out we found several structural problems in different areas…1/3

2/3… We consulted a structural engineer and did brickwork repairs and some underpinning work…

3/3 …The final results of this project are AMAZING!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After all structural work, we fully converted the basement. This was all done under current building regs and building control, as we do in all our projects.

We are currently converting this large basement in CHORLTON into 2 massive apartments. The building owner is maximising the properties potential and utilising this huge dead space.

CHORLTON apartments continued.. The existing floor has been removed and lifted. This gives more head height in the basement apartments and doesn’t effect the ground floor due to the very high ceilings.
