Saying, "I told you so" (or implying it) is never helpful. Businesses must learn from where they are today, together. Right and wrong are irrelevant in times of transformation. Everyone is on the same team.

Assuming your voice is not heard and then not using your voice becomes a self fulfilled prophecy. Speak up. Don't let fear hold you back.
