Yesterday, after a tiresome day at work, I sank onto the couch. My cat wandered over, curled up on my chest and starting purring. Within a few minutes I felt sooo much calmer - prompting me to ask - is there scientific evidence that cats improve mood? 😻🧵 YES!!
