The #lupulin is forming nicely in our hops now. The lupulin is the yellow powder in the photo. It's where the magic happens as it's packed with all the hop acids and essential oils that give your beer its flavour and aroma. You probably wouldn't want to try it raw, though!

There were many smiling faces Brunelcare's Deerhurst last week when we joined residents to harvest the Fuggles hops from the rhizome we'd jointly planted in spring 🌱 The cones were transported down to New Bristol Brewery to go in a unique, green-hopped beer with @EastBristolHops
