The Yoga Association funded Year 1 yoga group collected their certificates on Friday. The children really enjoyed the sessions - thanks so much to Jenny for teaching us!

Year 3 have been making bug hotels so that we can encourage the #biodiversity on our school grounds. Looking forward to finding out what we can attract to live with us!

Our Year 6s absolutely wowed us all with their Shakespeare showcase - mini adaptations of six of his plays. Drama, singing, dancing, comedy, tragedy - they've got it all. What thespians!

Year 6 are having a day of World War 2 experiences. They were evacuated with their gas masks, made carrot cookies and they even did the Lambeth Walk at the end of the show by Rainbow Theatre London What a fantastic day!

Reception enjoyed a wonderful walk to Queen's Park looking for signs of autumn yesterday. They enjoyed lots of leaf scrunching, finding acorns and looking at the colours of the trees!

We're supporting #AntiBullyingWeek2022, learning about how we can #ReachOut to check in on our friends and about how important it is to be an #upstander not a bystander. We are also all going to wear blue clothing tomorrow as a symbol of peace.

Year 5 had a fantastic #Tudor Day at school yesterday, dressing in Tudor costume, identifying mystery Tudor objects, writing in a Tudor style, playing Tudor games & dancing to Greensleeves. We had loads of fun gaining lots of knowledge to help us with our Tudor topic.

Reception are learning about people who help us when we are hurt. Natalie, a paramedic, came to visit us with her ambulance which we all pretended to drive. Then we went inside to see all of Natalie's equipment. She had a pretend patient to show us how she works. How exciting!

Reception enjoyed playing and exploring in the snow earlier this week. We had lots of fun making and throwing snowballs, making mini snowmen and making snow angels! The weather must have heard we are learning about winter ☃️

Reception got a surprise when they found a life size polar bear having a snooze in their classroom! Our topic this 1/2 term is 'Here, There & Everywhere' & this week we are learning about Norway where there are polar bears in the Svalbard Archipelago area.
