Showers and t-showers in forecast through early Wednesday. This is the first real widespread rainfall this May. Could see locally higher amounts in and around t-showers but rain this time of the year is rarely evenly distributed

Northern lights are out in Indianapolis!! Never thought I’d be seeing them this far south! Tonight will likely rival some of my best shows even in Alaska!

are a real possibility here tonight. Clouds are impeding but there are breaks and it is worth taking a look especially early tonight. More cloud coverage coming late night.

The last Extreme (G5) event occurred in 2003. Wow!!! Wish our skies would be clearer tonight in Indiana but you could get lucky and see the northern lights in some breaks. Worth a shot to look!

Seeing the here is difficult but the magnitude of the solar storm affords the best chance in two decades as far south as southern Indiana. Peak of storm would make lights possible after 10pm (height 1am to 5am) and before sunrise. One problem clouds
