When there's not enough hours in the day for your 347 saved and downloaded #podcast episodes 🤣 I can't keep up. They come out quicker than I can listen. For every one (1 hour ISH) I listen to, another 3 or 4 are realised 😅

Looked at JD for this-equivalent in #Nursing (CNS) is often a band 6 (M level quals, V300 etc) despite extra aspects ie PCM. A £20k difference.
Why is there a difference in professional value?
Absolutely no argument this should be an 8a for a pharmacist-completely justifiable.

Fascinating podcast going over how the order in which we eat our meals ie vegetables first, then protein, then carbs, can have a massive difference in insulin spike (upto 75% reduction)
