In game 1, Griffin Klausing and Carson Kirby combined for the shutout on the mound. Brady Malcolm, JJ Schnieders and Caden Looser all had RBI knocks and Jonny Pester added two hits.

Sunday was a “funday” for the Revolution at the World Baseball Academy 18u Hoosier Classic. The boys finished 6-0 on the weekend with a 2-1 semifinal win and then a 5-0 win in the championship. #Viva #wheresgriff

Game 1 on Sunday was a semifinal win where FJ Baseball guys stole the show. Wyatt Gasser (‘28 RHP) pitched 5 innings and Jarron Swick earned the win pitching the 6th and 7th. Evan Ellerbrock delivered a 2 out 2 rbi single in the 6th to put the Rev in the lead.

Game 2 was for the rings! Lima Central Catholic Baseball Brady Malcolm delivered a gem on the mound with a CG shutout. Malcolm helped his own cause with a 2 rbi single while high school teammate JJ Schnieders broke the game open with a 2 rbi double.

Tusculum got a big bat from the junior college ranks, as former Terra State 1B/3B Mason Johnson will join the team. Johnson hit an incredible .494 with a 1.547 OPS, powered by 18 doubles, 17 home runs, and 82 RBI. He also added 11 stolen bases.
