I'm running for Senate as an Independent because I do my own thinking. I care more about achieving real change for working folks in SD than toeing a party line. I can only be a legitimate challenger to Sen. Mike Rounds in '26 by acting outside party politics.

Americans are tired of getting ripped off in healthcare. We pay the most for prescription drugs and health insurance while Big Pharma has Congress-buying levels of wealth.

South Dakotans want a Senator who will actually work for them. As an Independent whose only bosses would be S Dakotans, I am ready to fight for them. Mike Rounds only listens to party bosses and Big Money donors. #FollowTheMoney

Healthcare monopolies are great at cheating sick, poor, or elderly Americans out of coverage. The price of monopoly is paid from working folks’ pockets to CEOs. As a Senator, I would fight to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.

Today is Agent Orange Awareness Day, highlighting its lifetime health impacts to Vietnam veterans. The 2022 PACT Act expands benefits for vets suffering from Agent Orange & other toxins. Mike Rounds voted no, only switching when public support was too much to ignore.

Social Security was establishing on 14 Aug 1935. On this anniversary, remember that it isn't just a safety net, but a promise. Millions of Americans depend on it as the primary defense against life in poverty. Protecting it means protecting our future. #ProtectThePromise

Hyper-partisanship and an inability to compromise petrifies our democracy, hurting regular people in the process. My Independent Senate campaign in South Dakota is about putting people over parties and breathing new life to American Politics. Are you with me?

James Madison had concerns on the use of the military as law enforcement even in 1787: "A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty." The D.C. takeover is an un-American attempt at flexing strength that doesn't help anyone.

The DC Takeover, raiding of John Bolton’s house, and this administration lowering FBI stands are all distractions to keep us from talking about the Epstein Files. We see through these insecure projections. Release. The. Files.

109 years ago today, the National Park Service was created to “preserve unimpaired the natural and cultural resources and values of the National Park System…” I am proud to have been a WICA Park Ranger. I’m running for the US Senate to stand up for our parks & their stewards.

Today is International Dog Day. As a dog owner running for Senate in a state whose most prominent public figure is known for shooting them, it might be helpful to clarify my platform’s official policy position: Dogs are pretty cool.

The fact that we still experience these preventable tragedies is a blaring siren that politics isn't working. Common sense reforms could have averted this while still preserving 2nd Amendment rights. I apologize to the victims for the failures of our political system.

This quote from the NOTUS article I was in shows the necessity of Independents in the Senate. Party politics isn't working for regular folks, but a few principled Independents in the Senate could place pressure on dysfunctional institutions to work. People over parties.

As beef prices hit record highs & grocery bills are soaring, family ranchers are in trouble. Four beef packers control 85% of the US market, empowering them to buy from ranchers at lower costs even as grocery shoppers pay more. South Dakota's ranchers deserve better.

On top of cutting Medicare, the President now plans to outsource grandma's healthcare decisions to tech companies using artificial intelligence, reviewing coverage for things like spinal surgery. Big Tech getting paid for denying care with “AI Death Panels.” What could go wrong?

My Independent campaign for US Senate in SD can & will push back against the corrupting Big Money in politics. My opponent Mike Rounds gets 87% of campaign funds from Big Money corporate donors & PACs. He’s already bought & paid for while I am backed by regular folks.
