1/ Today was my first #Avintheam and a thing that stands out to me is this concept of "x" vs "y." The antagonism of one group versus another is an underlying hum to social media, and it's there by design.

4/ Now, sales vs engineering... if a strict sales process is needed because of sales making commitments that gives engineering heartburn, then the issue is not with sales or engineering. #Avintheam

5/ It's with leadership because the model and/or the sales incentives are not aligned with project delivery. A certain amount of tension is good, but if rigidity or fundamentalism has fomented on either side, then there's a bigger problem. See y'all next Sunday. #Avintheam
