Last week, Ms. Tesse's Class III students were drawing animals from overlapping ovals, scaling up to a large format, and then adding texture with varying pencil line. Love seeing our young artists deeply focused in their work! #brearleyschool

NYC Histories visited Seneca Village as a part of our unit on monuments and memorials. They reviewed primary sources for context of the displacement of residents and then to memorial markers to consider the ways in which history is visible and invisible in the present.
