Meet the new P&K Young Ambassadors who attended the sportscotland YA conference last week. It involved a series of workshops, giving them ideas to go back to their schools and promote sport, and motivate/inspire others to get involved in schools, clubs and local communities.

What a day!! Our S3-6 girls took part in the Project Power initiative. The aim of this is to help girls feel confident to move their bodies and to feel empowered to stay active. (1) #belonging #aspiring Breadalbane Academy

All girls took part in a 30 minute full body workout, then listened to Oner Active’s athlete answer their questions relating to diet, exercise and her own fitness journey. Extra bonus was that all girls received a full set of kit! Super proud of all the girls who took part🤩(2)

Some of our girls had a fantastic day at the Girls for Change conference. They learnt about challenging negative body image thoughts/talk, the benefits of exercise and how to use some gym equipment. They then took part in practical workshops in the gym 💪🏋🏽‍♀️ @HighlandP&KActiveSchools
