As micah is growing rapidly we stick to the basics starting all over. His muscle memory is gone because his length feels awkward to him & he feels slow because his balance is off. But he pushes thru the pain as always no complaints. He's probably looking at 2-3 inches by Summer.

Got some great work this week in Alabama we worked on quick twitch ,explosiveness ,catch technique, hand placement ,patience ,discipline body control ,balance and eyes. When done correctly amazing things happen by creating muscle memory.Tap in Bham area for that work!
