We will be delivering interactive sessions with our world class team of Russ Barber (Olympic and GB coach) and James Kirton (Olympian). The sessions will go through each stroke breaking it down and then building it back up using videos and discussion.

As we are going through the fundamentals of the strokes these sessions are suitable for age group competitive swimmers that are wanting to refine their skills and will be available to book on our website in the next few days.
