Reminder - Yoga Thursday mornings at 9 30. One lovely hour of 'me time' with gentle exercise and relaxation techniques. Chair based Yoga as well. Free sessions, but a Foodbank donation always welcome.

Thanks to all those who donate money to the Foodbank - especially the lovely man from the Pharmacy who gives us £10 each week! We use cash donations to buy eggs from Pimhole Farm, so our families get 6 or 12 eggs. Everyone who brings in egg boxes - this is what we do with them !!
