That previous retweet particularly pertinent for Miller Homes. There's no shortfall for 4/5 bedroom houses in an expensive area.

With there being no social need (and proven by previous retweet), there is nothing to justify the destruction of greenbelt, wood/wetland.

A huge sense of relief and triumph for all those near and far who have worked so hard to prevent such shameless profiteering and disregard.

In conclusion, the word of the public still carries weight, and councils still have the strength to deal with pressure.
