Today, the House passed two important bills to improve public safety. SB 452 will offer enhanced retirement benefits for state troopers to support retention and recruitment. SB 570, the Human Trafficking Prevention Training Act.

Back on Crossover Day, I had a very special bill pass unanimously, HB 668! Nicoal brought these issues to my attention in 2021, just as I was being sworn into office for the first time. This legislation modernizes laws and protects vulnerable citizens' service dogs.
