As we have been saying, no other major economy is shutting down its domestic oil and gas production. We’ll be losing £12 billion in tax receipts, hundreds of thousands of jobs - and for what? To import fuel from abroad with higher carbon emissions. It’s totally mad.

The UK pays Norway £14 BILLION a year for gas. Gas we could be extracting ourselves from the same North Sea that Norway drills. By 2030, 80% of our gas will be IMPORTED. To make it SEEM like we’re hitting net zero targets. Lunacy! Oh, and there’s no wind so buy candles, folks.

I’m genuinely trying to not be partisan but is labour telling us we have a £20Bn black hole while trying to give £9bn to Mauritius and promising Ukraine £3b a year for 100 years not fucking mental

Apparently when you’re the most powerful country in the world you can just simply force other countries to do what you want. Apparently you can actually wield power for the sake of protecting the interests of your own people. What a novel concept.

The US economy is roughly 9X size of the UK economy. @doge is already saving $1 billion a day by cutting unnecessary expenditure. Pro rata the UK could save £90 million a day if we did similar. That’s £32 billion a year! Stop raising taxes and start cutting waste.

In 1833, Britain spent £20 million, or 40% of its national budget, to buy freedom for all slaves in the Empire. The amount of money borrowed for the Slavery Abolition Act was so large that it wasn't paid off until 2015. Which means that many living British citizens paid to end

Young white men must be looking at the country and thinking - what have we done wrong? What did we do to deserve this? The answer lads, is NOTHING. You're told that you're racist for feeling patriotic, far right for going to the gym, bigoted for having a joke, chauvinistic for

For the benefit anyone under 30. Before mass immigration you could see your GP on the same day & there was no shortage of NHS dentists, stabbings & rapes were incredibly rare & a father with a moderate income could support a wife & 2 kids.

The UK government pushing for more censorship of online content over a fictitious Netflix series, that our prime minister bizarrely called a ‘documentary’ is peak liberal establishment authoritarianism.
