A6 is Assisting Bourne Fire/Rescue & Emergency Services with a 3 Car MVA on the Sagamore Bridge off ramp. Sagamore bridge is completely shut down for a Tech Rescue Incident involving a Person on the outside of the fencing. Plymouth Police Dept are now heading that way to assist with the MVA as well.

The crew from Sagamore has responded to Plymouth Fire Station 6 in Cedarville for station coverage. Plymouth has a working fire.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for parts of CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI until 8 PM EDT

Engine 123 and Car 142 are on scene in Sandwich at the Daniel Webster Inn. Sandwich called for a working fire for a possible structure fire. Thankfully there was no fire but the building had filled with smoke due to a malfunctioning HVAC unit.

Beginning Today 3/19, the New England District will have 24/7 lane closures in place for ongoing repair work on the #Sagamore Bridge. Work is expected through May 2023.

We are proud to announce that we received a $110,000 FEMA FP&S Grant. We will be conducting home safety inspections & smoke alarm installations in residences in Bourne. This funding is crucial to our CRR efforts & ensuring all residences have working smoke & CO alarms.

Today an instructor from the Autism and Law Enforcement Education Council provided Autism Awareness for First Responder training for shift 2. Training continues tomorrow and the call company next week.

Bourne Fire/Rescue is sending two crews to Wareham for assistance. Breaker 129 responding out of Sagamore to Wareham for their brush fire.

Our second crew responding into Wareham is Engine 121 out of Buzzards Bay to Onset for the gas leak.

We proudly announce that we have been awarded $19,000 in the Firefighter Safety Equipment Grant. This his year's award will help us buy thermal imaging cameras, electric vehicle emergency plugs, and portable radio batteries.
