Corner turner, grinder outer, motivational manager, revealer of the obvious, skipper leading the Yanks to Glorious No. 28. Parody, obviously.

You'd think it would have been a priority to sort of iron out our fundamentals a little bit after losing the World Series with a comedy of errors, but obviously we have better things to do than practice boring shit like defense and baserunning.

All these people whining about how we're 14 and 23 since Jun 13 or whatever: If you take the 23 and flip it with the 14, then we're 9 games above .500 in that span, which we should be because of run differential. BOOM. Boonie solves it again!

I'd like to thank Pulitzer-winning journalist Marissa Myers for this hard-hitting report saying A-Rod is replacing me as manager. Marissa and TWSN are so far ahead of the rest of sports media that more than a day later, no one else has this story: twsn.net/2025/07/26/ale…

Steve, it's not the same without you on the FAN. These new guys, they expect results and they yell. I miss the days when you were on the air, the Mets were lousy, and people believed us when we said the goal was to win a World Series. Obviously.

Obviously! It'll be an honor to be inducted as the greatest Yankee manager of all time...at least in terms of compete and corners turned.

Sort of pretty solid if you don't count the error a little bit. What is an "error," anyway? Sounds like a made up stat. To paraphrase the great Bobby Ross, there are no errors, just happy little accidents.

Casuals saw 2 for 27 and failure today. Keen baseball minds (like mine, obviously) saw a festival of solid at-bats and crisp swings. To the expert eye it's clear we're due to break out any game now.

You call it a losing streak. I call it strategic win management. Now the pressure's off, and we can sort of cruise right into a wildcard berth.

Devy was solid for us tonight if you sort of don't count the 3 runs, obviously. We're gonna keep running him out there. I can feel the corner coming up.
