Standardized tests have no place in elementary education. Because testing becomes the focus of education instead of learning. We take away the fun and excitement of learning, playing, exploring, & creating. We create test takers instead of problem solvers and innovators.

We had a great time battling last night at the Joint Use library! We came on strong, battled back to tie and ultimately lost in the 2nd tie-breaker question. This was a close battle all the way around. BOB’s TOES has been an amazing group to coach. #vblibs @threeoakses

My summer goal is to intentionally spend time with my son before he attends college. I don’t want to spend all summer giving him advice, I want to just enjoy the human we raised until he’s off to CNU. (Which, btw, had an amazing orientation for us and him). #vbsummerbingo
