On Saturday, I hosted my second BOC Brunch, and it was truly so glorious.

Six years ago, I started a book club here in Trinidad and Tobago because I wanted community. I wanted a place for readers and it happened.

Thank you all for coming and making it a truly beautiful day.

I must make it back to Kenya in 2024.

I've been living in Trinidad and Tobago for too long.

My friend gassing me up to come to London and jump across to some European countries. I was ready to go, then I remembered I have a Jamaican passport, which means I need to apply for two visas. I instantly felt downtrodden

Jamaica is quicker to put up an article about how they have no shortlisted entrants, than Trinidad is to put up an article how they have 3 (the majority from the Caribbean).

Child-free life hits differently on a Sunday because what you mean I get to spend the entire day on my couch reading 🥰 📚

Hilarious, heartwarming, sad, entertaining and un-put-down-able

Nwaubani is an excellent author who will take you on the most amazing adventure with characters you can't help but cheer for.
