We all have shit going on. Life is too short for the bs. Carrying hate has to be exhausting. It has be taxing. It has to be overwhelming.

One thing I’ve learned in my 37 years, be careful the shit you think, not just what you say ; but what you think. Our mind is our most powerful asset. I don’t even think negative thoughts because it doesn’t align with my core being.

Came home from a much needed “me time” to relax and really get back to me and Ron had a Kobe piece here for me. 🥹 he’s so good man.

I went hiking yesterday, a three hour hike to be exact and I really got to see God’s creation. I feel so good and revived. Please go out in nature and ground yourself.

I have not left the house in 4 days. 🥺

Death is inevitable , but it’s such a tricky thing. My girl lived her damn life tho. Seen my girl last month, it was hurtful but I’m glad I did. Gave her , her flowers while she was here.
