Pharmacists aren’t allowed to recommend patients use a particular Medicare Drug plan, we might just pick a plan that’s profitable. But PBMs can steer patients on those same plans to their own pharmacies, make mid-year formulary changes, and change co-pays whenever they please.

That actually makes a lot of sense.
