Good thing- Chennai's local people account for 85% of its rapidly growing IT sector. Bad- Same local people abuse the city which provided them livelihood while appreciating the competitors. Solution:Grow it's IT sector so big such that it's local talent be no longer sufficient.

By methodology, If Census>DEGURBA it means 🔷City is developing as per Indian standards and has succeeded in providing non agricultural jobs to ≥75% of its population. All except Kolkata performs good in this indicator. Kolkata is struggling to urbanise it's huge population.

Chennai stands out among Bengaluru & Hyderabad. While Bengaluru’s IT-heavy model and Hyderabad’s IT & Pharma drove sharp boom–bust cycles, Chennai’s mix of IT, autos, electronics etc., delivered steadier growth. Diversity is strength. #TamilNadu #Telangana #Karnataka
