A global housing crisis exists because urban populations are growing. It has little to do with economic doctrines and everything to do with supply and demand. We simply need to use land more efficiently and build more housing, regardless of its tenure.

Not counting sub-districts, The City of Vancouver currently has 912 distinct zoning districts. And the zoning code itself is in many cases highly discretionary. And that's just CoV, each city in Metro Vancouver adds their own zoning code. This is no way to run a city or region.

Since the beginning of this year TransLink BC SkyTrain service has become very unreliable especially on the Expo line.Many service disruptions at rush-hour with track intrusions & medical emergencies.I have experienced more disruptions in 4 months than over 8 years of daily travel.
