A global housing crisis exists because urban populations are growing. It has little to do with economic doctrines and everything to do with supply and demand. We simply need to use land more efficiently and build more housing, regardless of its tenure.

Since the beginning of this year TransLink BC SkyTrain service has become very unreliable especially on the Expo line.Many service disruptions at rush-hour with track intrusions & medical emergencies.I have experienced more disruptions in 4 months than over 8 years of daily travel.
