Baltimore loves you back.

Most of our bike lanes are designed so that emergency vehicles can use them when needed. Not seeing bikes is concerning—drivers should always be scanning the road to stay aware of their surroundings.

a. mc Baltimore City DOT Emergency vehicles can always use the bike lane. We could always get rid of the parking lane to provide more room for protected bike lanes.

Baltimore City DOT It’s a great system. This emergency vehicle had no issue thanks to use of the bike lane so it wasn’t stuck in traffic!
