The Rutherglen Bluebell flute band Having watched the recent Republican parades in Glasgow over the past few weeks with amazement and disbelief that an organisation that promotes murder, treason, civil upheaval to parade the streets of Glasgow . 1

It beggars belief that such an organisation can be given permission to parade the public highway whilst putting public safety at risk in doing so. Or is there a more sinister motive at work here. 2

Rutherglen Bluebell (@bluebell_fb) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It is no secret that members of Republican bands and Republican sympathisers are also city councillors whom it is known wish to stop Christian organisations (Namely Protestant) from peaceful processions.

Rutherglen Bluebell (@bluebell_fb) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It is therefore no surprise that the feeling in our community is that we as a peaceful religious group are being persecuted for our beliefs. Or is there a more sinister undertone taking place.

Rutherglen Bluebell (@bluebell_fb) 's Twitter Profile Photo

To cancel Protestant parades on their own would be seen as a breach of human rights and highlight the councils disgust for our culture. But if Republican parades were given permission and brought about justifiable concern then it would be easier

to cancel all parades in the guise of safety concerns for the people of Glasgow. We are not being fooled by Glasgow city council. This ban is a clear breach of our communities human rights and is showing the councils true colours.

We at the Rutherglen Bluebell flute band endorse the protest to be taken at the Glasgow city council on Saturday 14th September 2019 and urge all of our community to join us.
