At least eight thousand (probably much more) sons of Mississippi fought and died in the Civil War. The old flag of Mississippi was just one way of commerating those men during the 100th anniversary of the war. Did changing the flag fix Mississippi's overwhelming crime statistics?

If Germans broadly do not honor the soldiers of the Wehrmacht then they are a disgusting, castrated people, and the best of them died between 1914-1945.

The British soldiers were in fact in the right in Boston. That is not me saying that I am a Loyalist, but those soldiers were being threatened and beaten with clubs. They had every right to hold their ground.
