Our first #braggot , a bochet braggot session #mead , to bee exact 😉

We basically brewed a honey ale and caramelized the Beekeeper honey before combining to ferment. Once everything stabilized, we kegged and carbonated, and voila!

Sooo.. we bought a few #fruittrees and plants from fruitful.organics, and they were promptly delivered to our home by the owner! We walked away excited and happy for our next project with at least 8 trees and plants.

We discovered that the Winemaker Challenge International Wine Competition accepts both fruit wine and mead submissions, so we dove right in and entered four wines, two meads, and two fruit wines. We are more than ecstatic with the results!!!

Lots and lots of bottling going on! Today is Honey Lavender. Just look at that golden clarity! Lehua Blossom honey from none other than @shawn_dahoneyman, vanilla beans, and local #lavender blossoms. She's earned 4 Gold 🏅and 2 🥈 in just under 2 years. #shegood
