Delighted to see this out in The EMBO Journal. Great work from GLopez_Domenech, Jack Howden and colleagues. We show that long term disruption of Miro1 leads to altered mitophagy, pathological activation of the integrated stress response and neurodegeneration. embopress.org/doi/full/10.15…
